Built by one person,
for people like you.

isn’t a faceless startup with a growth deck. It’s software made by someone who runs their own thing too, and wanted tools that respect that.

Hi, I’m Tommy.

I built because I was tired of tools that treated my data as their product. I run my own thing, and the apps meant to help me (the money apps, the trackers, the “all-in-one” dashboards) all worked the same way underneath: my numbers, my clients, my private notes sat on someone else’s servers, in plain text, ready to be read, mined, sold, breached or handed over.

That never sat right with me. The stuff you run your livelihood on is the most personal data there is. So I made the decision that shaped everything else: build a business tool I can’t read.

It would have been easier not to. Encryption you can’t undo is harder to build and harder to support: when it’s locked, it’s locked, even for me. But that’s exactly the point. If I can’t open your vault, then no breach, no buyer, and no court order can make me. The privacy isn’t a promise on a page; it’s a property of how the thing is built.

I want to be straight with you about the trade-off, because trust that skips the fine print isn’t trust. is local-first, and the sensitive things you seal in the Vault are encrypted on your device. The flip side: if you lose your passphrase, I can’t get your Vault back for you. I’d rather tell you that plainly up front than pretend there’s a magic recovery button.

is Business, a private workspace to run the thing you’re building, with a calmer sibling, Life, in private beta. Business is free to start. I’m building it in the open, one honest release at a time, and I read every email that comes in.

If any of this resonates, I’d love for you to try it, and to tell me where it falls short. That feedback is how it gets good.

What we can and can’t see.

The honest, literal version. Turn on end-to-end encryption for a scope and the “can’t” list is sealed by maths, not by policy.

What we can see
  • Your email address, so you can sign in.
  • Your plan and billing status, so we can take payment.
  • Basic technical data needed to keep the service running and secure.
What we can’t
  • Anything you put in your encrypted Vault. It’s sealed on your device.
  • Your passphrase. It never leaves your device, so we can’t reset it.
  • Your data for ads. There’s no ad business here to feed.
