Plan a month of content in one hour
The hardest part of content is not making it. It is deciding what to make, every single day, forever. Batch that decision into one hour a month and everything gets easier. Here is how.
Why daily deciding kills consistency
When you plan content one post at a time, you burn energy on the decision before you even start creating. That is why people fall off. The fix is to separate deciding from making. Decide once, in a batch, then just execute.
The one-hour system
- Pick 3 to 5 content pillars (the themes you always post about). For a reselling creator that might be hauls, flips, tips, behind-the-scenes.
- Map the month against those pillars. You are just filling a grid: a pillar and a rough idea for each slot, not writing anything yet.
- Note the format for each (short video, carousel, story). Formats you can produce quickly should dominate.
- Leave gaps for things that come up. A rigid calendar breaks; a flexible one survives a bad week.
That is the whole thing. In an hour you have a month of decisions made, so day to day you just create.
Turn the plan into posts
A plan only works if you actually publish against it. That means one place to hold the calendar, draft posts, and see what is scheduled.
The Content app in Sedonis is built for exactly this: plan your month, draft and schedule, and keep the business side (brand deals, invoices, your media kit) in the same private place. Free to start.
