What is IR35?
UK rules that decide whether a contractor is really employed for tax purposes.
IR35 is UK tax legislation aimed at contractors who work like employees but bill through a company. If you fall "inside IR35", you are taxed more like an employee.
It mainly affects limited-company contractors. If it might apply to you, get proper advice, this is a genuinely technical area.
