I have no time. Is this just another thing to keep up?
It is being built to be low-effort: logging a habit or a journal line will take seconds, and there will be no guilt-trip if you miss a day. It is meant to lighten the mental load, not add to it.
Will it be private from the rest of the family?
Yes, it will be your own account. Life is planned to support Vault: with it on, your journal and plans are encrypted on your device, for your eyes only. Life is in development, so there is nothing to sign up for yet.
