What is churn?
The rate at which customers or subscribers stop paying you.
Churn is the percentage of customers who leave in a period. High churn means you are refilling a leaky bucket, spending on new customers just to stand still.
Reducing churn is usually cheaper than winning new customers, and it compounds: keep more customers and your recurring revenue grows on its own.
