What is ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)?

How much revenue you earn for every pound spent on ads.

ROAS is revenue from ads divided by ad spend, shown as a multiple. A 4× ROAS means £4 of revenue for every £1 spent.

ROAS on its own is not profit, because it ignores your product cost and margins. A high ROAS on a low-margin product can still lose money, so read it alongside your margins.
