What is MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
The smallest quantity a supplier will produce or sell in one order.
MOQ is the minimum a manufacturer or wholesaler will make for you, often driven by their setup costs. It can be a handful or thousands of units.
MOQ matters for cash flow: a high MOQ ties up money in stock. Balance it against how fast you can realistically sell (your sell-through).
